- Built OctoWiki, a RAG knowledge platform used by three Customer Care divisions, and the AIGIST Feedback API: NestJS and BullMQ services that ingest master data and user feedback, run LLM generation and approval flows through Google GenAI, and reconcile updates daily.
- Led a drop-in rewrite of the core CMS backend from Express.js to Go (Gin), keeping the exact /v1 API contract intact, on a layered handler/service/repository stack with Ent ORM, JWT, LDAP and Azure auth, RBAC and a GCS media service.
- Shrank the CMS build image from ~700MB to ~60MB (90% smaller).
- Worked full stack on Octo GPT, the bank's internal GenAI chat platform: a Go (Fiber) streaming chat backend, a multi-agent system with per-user access control, OCR document extraction, and a Vue usage-analytics dashboard.
