• Shrank the CMS build image from ~700MB to ~60MB (90% smaller).
• Worked full stack on Octo GPT, the bank's internal GenAI chat platform: a Go (Fiber) streaming chat backend, a multi-agent system with per-user access control, OCR document extraction, and a Vue usage-analytics dashboard.
